Chapter One
Why Nivaan
came to be.
In 2009, a team of cardiologists and physicians in Hyderabad asked a quiet question: what if a hospital treated patients the way a family treats its own? No hurried corridors. No assembly-line consultations. Just careful medicine and honest conversation.
Nivaan began as a sixty-bed cardiac centre in Banjara Hills. As the city grew, so did our campus — carefully, deliberately, and always in response to a real clinical need. Today we are a 320-bed multi-specialty medical care destination, with institutes of excellence in cardiology, oncology, neurology and orthopedics.
What has never changed is the founding instinct: listen first. Everything else at Nivaan — the technology, the architecture, the teams — exists to protect that single instinct.

A quiet beginning
Nivaan opens as a 60-bed cardiac centre in Banjara Hills, with a single operating theatre and a founding belief in unhurried medicine.

The Heart Institute
A dedicated 24×7 cath lab and heart institute, bringing interventional cardiac care to 150 beds as the campus grows.

2016
Becoming multi-specialty
Expansion to 320 beds, with new institutes of oncology, neurology and orthopedics — Nivaan becomes a true multi-specialty medical care destination.

Advanced diagnostics
Robotic-assisted surgery, 3T MRI and a reimagined diagnostics wing position Nivaan at the forefront of advanced diagnostics in Hyderabad.
